What is the cutoff point for "postpartum" depression? Isn't it within the first year of giving birth? Is "postpartum" depression becoming an acceptable excuse for abusing one's children to death? Justine Marie May starved her children while the girls' father and grandmothers begged for authorities to intervene. They were warned to quit harassing May and requesting for welfare checks.
