When I saw the Ann Coulter Time cover cheap shot, I immediately flashed back to this image of Clinton. As it turns out, both pics are the work of the same photographer.
Drudge reports that the editors selected Zelman Platon with a note of irony.
Platon captured Coulter-nemisis President Clinton in the infamous "Lewinsky" power pose for Esquire.
The difference: Ann Coulter is not happy with her photo.
On the other hand, I imagine Clinton was thrilled with his cover shot. I wouldn't be surprised if he used the image for his Christmas cards. Not the official Clinton family card of course--a Christmas greeting only for those on Bill's special list.
