"You're Hitler!"
"No. You are!"
And so it goes...
From The Jerusalem Post:
"The Zionists think that they are victims of Hitler, but they act like Hitler and behave worse than Genghis Khan," Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday.
Hitler wannabe Mahmoud Ahmadinejad launched another verbal strike on Israel today.
Since he became president of Iran, he's engaged in a relentless anti-Semitic onslaught.
From the The Islamic Republic News Agency:
Addressing the Zionist regime, [Ahmadinejad] said, "Just as you founded the occupying regime on lies and conspiracy, you had better disintegrate it yourself.
"If you apologize to the residents of the region, the noble regional nations will disregard the past."
BS.
The president called on the Zionists to lay the cornerstones for positive and constructive exchange with the regional nations, adding that otherwise the fury of the world nations will rise and they will investigate the crimes committed by the regime and their supporters.
Ahmadinejad said that Iran is looking for friendly, healthy and peaceful ties with the neighboring states, adding that the reports released on the Zionist regime are untrue and that the nations hatred of Zionists is growing day by day.
"If you are unable to end such conspiracies and you can hardly manage to apologize for your aggressive moves, let the Palestinian people have a free election to decide their own fate," he added.
Ahmadinejad has memory problems.
The Palestinians did have a free election. They freely elected Hamas to be the ruling party.
Israel compromised for peace, painfully withdrawing from Gaza, and how were they rewarded?
Palestinians elected a group that promotes the annihilation of Israel to become their ruling power.
The president warned the Zionist regime that if they do not respond to this invitation properly, they should expect a horrible destiny.
Thanking the heads of states who have condemned the Zionist regime's aggressions, he said that heads of states should also clarify their approach to the issue and whether they approve or condemn such crimes, which has made Chingiz Khan, the Mongol Conqueror, look tame.
What does Ahmadinejad's comparison of Israel's actions to "Chingiz Khan" remind you of?
I think of John Kerry accusing American troops of committing atrocities in Vietnam.
Kerry's testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, April 22, 1971:
[Vietnam veterans] told the stories at times they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war, and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country.
By channeling Kerry, Ahmadinejad is appealing to America-haters the world over, particularly the American fringe Left.
Ahmadinejad believes that the world is on his side, viewing Israel as the instigator of the latest Middle East hostilities. For the most part, he's right.
Far too many have chosen to condemn Israel and stand with Ahmadinejad.
The terrorist appeasers, including some especially vocal EU nations like the despicable France, embolden this madman to continue to charge ahead, following his "Annihilate Israel" roadmap.
The president raised the question whether taking the lives of defenseless people of the region, contrary to all human standards and rights is the freedom, democracy and human rights claimed by them.
Civilian deaths, innocents caught in the crossfire, are a tragic consequence of military action.
No question, great pains should be taken to avoid the killing of innocents at all costs.
However, there is an important distinction between civilians being killed unintentionally by a nation acting in self-defense and civilians being targeted by terrorist and terrorist nations.
There is a difference between a civilian dying during the bombing of a legitimate target done in self-defense and a civilian being beheaded by hooded thugs screaming, "Allahu akbar!"
If you can't distinquish the difference, you are morally-challenged.
"They have gathered a number of rootless people from around the world and have incited them against the defenseless Palestinian people. They consider such a measure as democracy, while they can hardly tolerate a government elected in Palestine by the nation.
Uh, didn't Ahmadinejad just say that Palestinians weren't allowed to have a free election?
So, now he's saying that the Palestinians did elect a government. The guy really seems confused.
The fact is the Palestinians elected a terrorist government. They voted to put terrorists in power. In effect, they democratically elected to seal their fate by choosing to be a terrorist entity.
I think it's morally reprehensible to tolerate terrorism.
"I am unaware of what is going on in the minds of supporters of this usurper regime. They believe that this can manage to promote peace and tranquility. However, the time of bullying is over and today the world nations are vigilant," he added.
Ahmadinejad wants more than a war with Israel.
He wants to unite the world againt the U.S. for being a staunch supporter of the Israeli state. In reality, he wants war with us.
Disgracefully, some Americans are actively aiding this little Hitler.
It disgusts me that people like Madeleine Albright promote Ahmadinejad's notion that America is a bully. She was spewing her anti-Bush propaganda this morning on ABC's This Week.
After Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was interviewed by George Stephanopoulos, he gave Albright a forum to trash Rice.
I'm not saying dissenting voices should be silenced. However, it's quite another thing for former high-ranking American officials to keep hacking away at the current administration.
Note to Albright and those of her ilk:
STOP BEING USEFUL IDIOTS.
Ahmadinejad said that the Zionist regime and its supporters' claims about peace and tranquility as well as formation of an independent government in Palestine is a lie.
No, Ahmadinejad's claim of wanting peace is a lie.
He routinely says Iran wants peace and then turns around and calls for Israel to be destroyed.
Aren't the appeasers listening at all?
The appeasers just don't get it.
They don't understand that Islamofascists will not compromise.
These extremists will not tolerate the existence of Israel. Their vision of peace requires the destruction of Israel. It's that clear and simple. Case closed.
Perhaps the appeasers do get it. Perhaps they are content to act as "little Eichmanns."
Perhaps they don't mind being Holocaust enablers.
I think that's immoral.

Great points, Teabag.
I don't understand how so many people can sympathize with the terrorists, and be so anti-Israel and anti-American. I really don't.

i think of the bush campaign website add which invoked nazi imagery to denounce kerry, dean, gore and others.
then there was phil gramm's "nazi" rhetoric. and tom cole's. and grover norquist's. and let's not forget about janice rodgers brown's "gulag" comment, oh, and....
btw, there were atrocities commited by us gi's during the viet nam conflict. kerry was there. you weren't.
KEvron
I really can't wait until Pero comes back from vacation.
How many times a day is Bush called Hitler by some Lefty?
Give me a break about the Nazi stuff.
And the atrocities in Vietnam were aberrations. I won't stand for our military to be disparaged by you or Kerry or anyone.
But go ahead, Kev. Blame America. You're so good at it.
You remind of someone, Kev.
It's kind of creepy.
