Gangs of Milwaukee: Vice Lords

From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

A press conference has been set for at 2 p.m. today at the federal courthouse to announce details of a case against members of the 1st and Keefe Vice Lords street gang, according to a press release.

Officials will be announcing details on charges against 24 gang members and also discuss Milwaukee's "Safe Streets" initiatives.

Twenty-four gang members charged is good.

Twenty-four gang members convicted would be better.

The problem: The revolving door justice system.
