Black Friday Poll

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Poll of the Day:

Do you plan to do any shopping on Black Friday - the day after Thanksgiving?

Of course, this is an unscientific poll, meaning the poll means nothing.

That said, I wouldn't mind if the results presented an accurate picture of what to expect at the stores. The more people who don't shop on Friday, the happier I'll be.

I don't like crowds and I don't like waiting in long checkout lines. Unfortunately, that can't be avoided sometimes. It's often the price I pay when I go for the bargains, the "doorbusters."

Some stores are opening as early as 4:00 AM! I won't be busting any doors until the sun rises.

Make that a few hours after the sun rises.
