Boos for Biden at Eagles Game

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The Giants and Eagles played in front of a special guest. Vice President-elect Joe Biden watched the game in a luxury suite with Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie. Biden was booed when he was showed on the video screen.

Why? Why would Joe Biden be greeted with boos?

Pennsylvania did go for Obama. Was that in spite of Biden?

It's strange that fans would boo Obama's running mate.

One of Michelle Malkin's readers, Craig, writes: “I was at the Eagles game tonight, and the booing was so loud they took him off after only a few seconds. I hope it makes all the news rounds the way [the Philly booing of] Sarah Palin did.”

Note: The New York Times' account of the booing of Palin was greatly exaggerated, so much so that it pulled the misleading report.

Did the NYT even report the Biden booing?

Nope.

Bias? What bias?

Now if Biden's face had appeared at another point inthe game.... maybe. He HAD admitted to reporters he is a Giants fan. And Eagles fans are rough - they thre snowballs at Santa once.
