UPDATE, February 23, 2009: Archbishop Dolan Succeeds Cardinal Egan

Still no word from the Vatican on Archbishop Timothy Dolan's future.
From 620 WTMJ:
Milwaukee Archbishop Timothy Dolan has not yet been summoned by Pope Benedict XVI to become the new Archbishop of New York.
The official Vatican Information Service sent its daily release Tuesday morning, including the page where it typically places new appointments for bishops and other important Catholic Church staff.
The choice of a new Archbishop of New York is not among those listed.
Although there's no announcement yet, I'm convinced that Dolan's departure from Milwaukee will happen sooner rather than later. It's inevitable.
