Stimulus Agreement

God, help us.

There must be time to examine the bill thoroughly before a vote, but that is being fought tooth and nail by Obama and Harry Reid and the Dems.

Obama is so slick.

Remember his campaign promise about enforcing a 5-day rule, the "Sunlight Before Signing" pledge?

Obama promised "he would not sign any non-emergency bills without offering the public five days to review and comment on the legislation."

The operative word is "non-emergency."

The stimulus plan is an EMERGENCY bill.

So no 5 days, no transparency required.

This is so slimy.

Empty promises. Empty suit.
