From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Not guilty pleas were entered Monday for Anthony R. Stancl, the former New Berlin Eisenhower student accused of using the social networking site Facebook to coerce male schoolmates into sexual encounters.

Stancl, 18, was arraigned on charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child, possession of child pornography, second- and third-degree sexual assaults, five counts of child enticement and one count of causing a bomb scare.

His attorney, Craig M. Kuhary, entered the not guilty pleas during a brief hearing in Waukesha County Circuit Court before Commissioner Thomas J. Pieper.

When it comes to the charge of possession of child porn, it will be awfully difficult for Stancl to weasel out of that one.
Stancl had 300 photos and movie clips on his computer of boys ages 13 to 19 from the school, [Waukesha County District Attorney Brad] Schimel said last month when charges were filed.

There's no way Stancl can claim all that material somehow mistakenly ended up on his computer.

As a senior, Stancl should be looking forward to graduation and getting prepared to enter college.

Instead, this supposedly intelligent individual chose to throw his life away. Eighteen and it's over.
