What sicko would do this?
From WLUK:
It was a catch and release few could have predicted. On Friday, hundreds of sucker fish were found at three different locations in Howard.
The majority were flopping around on Beechwood Drive.
"Most of them were still alive and kicking. It was pretty gross actually," Josh Keeney, a neighbor who was among the first to find the fish, said.
"(I) came back from my buddy's house and was driving down the road and nearly ran over about 4,000 pounds of fish. That's pretty much how we found them," Keeney said.
Authorities believe the fish were dumped as part of a prank. Authorities are still searching for those who are responsible. They could face fines and criminal charges.
Crews with the village's public works department were called in early on Friday to start cleaning up before the scene got too smelly.
Ben Treml, a conservation warden with the Department of Natural Resources, said the fish were likely pulled out of the Suamico River. Officials said they found evidence on a bridge on St. Pat's Road in Howard.
...Treml said taking a large number of suckers out of the water is legal, but what happened Friday is not.
"This may be a prank or joke that somebody played but in our eyes, this is more serious. This is a malicious waste of a resource. Someone took this too far," Treml said.
I don't think this is a prank that should be ignored.
Those responsible should be fined and face criminal charges. They also should be required to do community service work for the DNR.

Well if it was a liberal group doing it as a protest, no problem.
If it is a conservative group, they will be fined, arrested and demonized in the MSM.
Authorities think it's a prank.
Whatever, it's pretty sick.
