Susan Roesgen isn't an objective reporter, and she doesn't have respect for the office of the president of the United States.
If she disagrees with the individual occupying the office, as she did with President Bush, it's open season.
If she's a fan, as she is with Obama, she chastises people for criticizing the president and being "offensive."
Example: When covering a protest on January 13, 2006, Roesgen had no problem pointing out a demonstrator wearing a President Bush mask with devil horns. Bush as Satan is OK.
But yesterday, April 15, 2009, Roesgen went on the attack when she saw a protester with a sign depicting Obama as a fascist.

ROESGEN: Wait! Why do you say he's a fascist? He's the president of the United States.
MAN: He is a fascist.
ROESGEN: Do you realize how... do you realize how offensive that is?
That's offensive, but "look-alike" satanic Bush isn't?
Clearly, Roesgen is very selective. She didn't argue with the protester in the Bush mask. She called that protester a Bush "look-alike."
But hold a sign criticizing Obama?
She'll go nuts.

The hypocrite Roesgen actually complains that Obama is being depicted on signs as the "Antichrist."

WOMAN: You know what? You know what? You are not talking to regular mainstream people. You pick people to talk to.... I don't have a sign. You're not talking to... You didn't talk to him. He doesn't have a sign.
Roesgen's hypocrisy is exposed with such clarity.
"Bush is the devil." OK!
"Obama is the devil." Outrageous!
Roesgen did not behave like a reporter. She did not relay the full story accurately.
She acted as a counter-protester, not an objective source.
Disgraceful.
