On Wednesday, FOX 6 posted its prime time TV lineup on its website.
As announced earlier in the week, FOX would not be airing Obama's "news" conference marking his 100th day in office. FOX 6 gave every indication that it would not allow Obama to mess with its prime time schedule again.
I was surprised to discover that contrary to what FOX 6 was promoting, Obama's mug was on the channel and not Lie to Me.
Wednesday evening, I e-mailed the station asking why FOX 6 was airing Obama.
Bright and early Thursday morning, there was a reponse to my question in my inbox.
The answer was vague.
"It was a decision by station management."
Obviously. I didn't think an intern made the decision. I was more interested in why the decision was made.
Nonetheless, FOX 6 replied to my question and did so in a timely fashion. In addition, I was given a link to find the episode online.
I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful FOX 6 was. I appreciated the speedy reply.
The station cares about its viewers and communicates.
That has not been my experience with TMJ4. Respectful and sincere e-mails from this viewer went unanswered.
Regarding how the stations communicate with their viewers, the difference between FOX 6 and TMJ4 is night and day.
Kudos to FOX 6.
