What's the point of filming drunk American Jewish young people in Israel trash Obama?
I think the video, "Feeling the Hate in Jerusalem on the Eve of Obama's Cairo Address," does a terrible disservice to the legitimate debate going on about Obama's policies and Israel and the mess in the Middle East.
Watch the video. For the most part, it's ugly stuff.
Warning: Profanity and racist language.

The point, I would suggest, is the same point that was made when Israelis were filmed watching and cheering from a hilltop as Gaza was attacked, or when Palestinians were filmed celebrating after 9/11.
The point being, that context matters and that these attitudes exist and shouldn't be tolerated or allowed to thrive, but also that we need to be careful not to harshly judge whole peoples based on the ugly attitudes of a few.
We need to be careful of the growth of extremism, even as we're careful of losing context and seeing everyone on one side or another as extremists.
