A joke actually mocking Obama?
Kudos to Jimmy Fallon.
There is no way David Letterman would do this. He's too busy slamming Dick Cheney and going off on Sarah Palin.
Conan O'Brien, though not as much of a hack as Letterman, isn't doing any jokes at Obama's expense. He's still using George W. Bush as a punch line.
Why hasn't O'Brien done the "Clutch Cargo" bit with Obama yet? Come on. Let's go. For God's sake, get current.
Fallon led off his monologue last night with this Obama joke:
Did you guys see Michelle Obama last night? She just got a new haircut. It's historic. It looks great. It's historic. It's the first real cut of the Obama administration. That's very cool.

There is nothing in that bill that will take away your current coverage. If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

I will say this: If the bill you're referring to is H.R. 3200, your statement is flat-out false.
However, your statement is true if you are the president or in Congress. They are exempt. They're guaranteed to be spared being stuck in a government-run system of rationed care, Zeke Emanuel-style.
