Van Jones: Bush, Crackhead

Why does Obama want someone like Van Jones in his administration?

What is Obama thinking?

Transcript

VAN JONES: The way to try to bring the price of energy down is to simply increase the supply, just begin to drill more, to drill offshore, to drill here, to drill there, to liquefy coal, to go with oil shale and tar sands. Do whatever you can to get more petroleum into the system.

And we heard our president saying just that. That's what he wants to do. And I hate to say this, and I hope I don't offend anybody, but the President of the United States sounded like a crackhead when he said that.

'I just... a little bit more, just a little bit, just a little bit more, a little more, a little more, a little bit more petroleum. I can get some more, get some more.'

It was shameful. Am I wrong? Did you see this?

Like a crackhead trying to lick the crack pipe for a fix.

The reality... I'm sorry. I'm must speak some Ebonics up here. Good luck with the translation. I don't know. I hope it's all right.

This is getting ridiculous.

So many offensive and shocking statements that Van Jones has made, yet I don't see the mainstream media shining the spotlight on him.

If a Republican or a conservative says something vaguely controversial, it's a lead story. The lib media get bent out of shape about it and keep pushing it until they destroy the individual.

But in the case of Van Jones, he gets a pass.

It bothers me that the media are so biased.

It really bothers me that someone like Jones is so close to Obama. Is Obama such a fringe Leftist himself that he doesn't see why so many Americans are concerned about Jones? Is that why he doesn't realize the extent of the political damage and the ramifications of his allegiance to Jones ?

I don't care about Jones speaking his mind. Of course, he can spout whatever he wants. However, I do care that Obama doesn't have a problem with Jones' extremism and divisiveness and overall derangement. That reflects very, very poorly on Obama's judgment.

All these audio and video clips, all this stuff that's been unearthed, reveal as much about Obama as they do about Jones.

That's why I think Van Jones is important.
