Anita Dunn and FOX News

Anita Dunn, White House Communications Director, declared the view of the White House that FOX News is not a news network.

Video, from Breitbart.

ANITA DUNN: The reality of it is FOX News often operates almost as either the research arm or the communications arm of the Republican Party.... What I think is fair to say about FOX, and certainly the way we view it, is that it really is more a wing of the Republican Party.

Dunn admits that was the reason Obama did not appear on FOX News Sunday when he did his health care media blitz a few weeks ago.

Then she says he will appear on FOX News in the future because he's not afraid to engage ideological opponents.

Well, then why was he afraid to be interviewed by DEMOCRAT Chris Wallace?

DUNN: When he goes on FOX he understands he's not going on it really as a news network at this point. He's going on to debate the opposition, and that's fine. He never minds doing that.

In other words, when Obama appears on CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, and MSNBC, he knows he's not going on to debate the opposition or face tough questioning because they are totally in the tank for Obama and the Democrats.

Dunn should just admit that those networks are research and communications arms of the White House and the Democrat Party.

DUNN: Let's be realistic here, Howie. They are, you know, they're widely viewed as part of the Republican Party. Take their talking points. Put 'em on the air. Take their opposition research. Put 'em on the air. And that's fine, but let's not pretend they're a news network the way CNN is.

Good grief.

CNN actually did a factcheck on a comedy skit on Saturday Night Live because it criticized Obama. But noooooooo, CNN isn't part of the Democrat Party. CNN is a legitimate news network.

What a joke!

Dunn has just made the case for how important FOX News is as a watchdog on Obama and the U.S. government.

If Dunn had any credibility she'd go after MSNBC (for being nothing but a wing of the Democrat party) for the same reasons she's going after FOX.

I can acknowledge that MSNBC is a shill for my side. Why can't you admit Fox is the same for yours?
