I think Obama needs to have his teleprompter programmed phonetically so he can avoid embarrassing mistakes like the ones he made this morning at the National Prayer Breakfast.
TWICE, Obama was trying to say "corpsman," but instead said "corpse-man."
Note to Obama: The "P" and "S" are silent.
How could this brilliant orator make such a glaring error?
I wonder if FDR or Lincoln could pronounce "corpsman" properly. I'm guessing they could.
Will the Leftists mock Obama for his butchered English?
I'm certain they won't.
Video, from Breitbart.
I'd like to hear Obama say "sword."

Hoe about "ask?"
How about Rush, Mary? Did he mispronounce "retards" any of those many times he used the inexcusable insensitive word? And note that he didn't even use it to describe an idea, but actual people!
Don't tell us you still are unaware.
That's how it's pronounced in Kenya.
@steve--sorry, he's not in Kenya anymore!
I wonder how he'd pronounce Colonel?
What a buffoon. Perhaps TOTUS should be spelling out these tough (or TUFF) words phonetically.
And nothing about Sarah Palin failing to report that cottages had been built on her vacant land AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
Since Rush was QUOTING Rahm Emmanuel, he pronounced it exactly as Rahm said it.
The guy is close to 50 years old. He went to Harvard. As ridiculous as it is, he's touted as one of the greatest speakers in our nation's history, yet he says "CORPSEman."
Amazing.
He didn't just misspeak because he said it twice.
What a commander in chief!
CORPSEman.

She nails it.
"CORPSEman!"
