Emanuel Cleaver: Unintentional Spit

All the outrage over a protester spitting on Emanuel Cleaver may be misguided.

This video seems to show that any saliva that landed on Cleaver was likely a byproduct of the man in the act of shouting rather than an intentional act to degrade Cleaver.
