Who is the big winner and the big loser in the Gulf oil spill disaster?
CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: Here it is -- who are the big poiticial winners and losers thus far of the oil spill. Obviously, the people of Louisiana, etc., are the losers in the real world. But political-- the biggest loser thus far, the correct answer is Ken Salazar, for incompetent and incontinent behvior. He'll be remembered forever for the statement that to keep the boot on the neck of the BP. The winner is Bobby Jindal, who's shown unbelievable energy, running around, even with crazy ideas to build the barrier islands. He wants to do something; and he's shown that as an executive he's got what it takes.
