I first became aware that BLOGGER was down around 9:00 PM last night. I couldn't add new posts, edit old ones, alter the sidebar, or moderate and post comments. Nothing.
BLOGGER got its act together about 2:30 this afternoon.
It claimed to have "isolated access issues" within the U.S. According to postings on the Help Forum, it was a worldwide matter.
