Could Bill be exploiting his newfound role as presidential stand-in?

He'll probably come up with a way, but this looks absolutely awful.
Obama can't keep Michelle waiting any longer. He has to party. He has to leave. Bill Clinton can handle the press.

Obama is in over his head. The social life of being the president is fun. The rest of it is just too hard.

CLINTON: Whatever he asked me about my advice, and whatever I say should become public only if he decides to make it public. He can say whatever he wants, but --
Q: What do you think? (Laughter.)
OBAMA: Here’s what I’ll say, is I’ve been keeping the First Lady waiting for about half an hour, so I’m going to take off, but --
CLINTON: I don't want to make her mad, please go.
OBAMA: You’re in good hands, and Gibbs will call last question.
CLINTON: Yes, help me. Thank you.
Yes, go ahead.
Q: Mr. President, is there anything else that can be done in your opinion to loosen up the private credit markets that have been so tight? I mean if people can’t get their hands on capital, how can they be the entrepreneurs that they want to be? And this is something that the Republicans have fought all along. What’s the next step?
CLINTON: First of all, let me just run through the numbers again.

Just frickin' imagine if W had pulled a stunt like this. The outrage would be deafening. At least now we know where lie Obama's priorities.
This was just amazing. I hope the Hope and Changer agrees with every Billy Boy said in that thirty minutes.
Obama is such a pretender and, apparently, we are a nation of dupes.
The double standard is amazing. If W. had pulled this, the ridicule and the criticism would be relentless. He would never live it down.
I do think the Leftists are getting fed up with Obama's shtick. They realize that they were duped.
At least the 2010 elections showed the nation as a whole has its eyes open.
What double standard? I don't recall anyone being critical of Mr. Bush in the article - Harvey's the one who brought it up. It's like you guys are mixing the commentary with the punchlines.
