Democrats Jim Holperin and Bob Jauch, Wisconsin state senators, ran to Illinois yesterday, hiding out in Rockford to avoid fulfilling their duties as public servants.
Holperin and Jauch found out that they can run but they can't hide. They were confronted by David Hale, a Tea Party patriot, at the Best Western Clock Tower Resort.

What a terrible move by the Wisconsin Democrats to flee the state! What a complete PR debacle!
With the nation watching, they've brought shame on themselves and their party.
The spectacle of them running from their responsibilities as lawmakers was a gift to Governor Scott Walker and the Republicans representing the heavily burdened taxpayers of Wisconsin.
Democrats and their union thug allies are making fools of themselves. Their tactics are not playing well with the taxpayers.
Thank you, Wisconsin Senate Dems, for firing up fed-up taxpayers in the state and across the country.
