Here are Summerfest admission fees, minus the discount promotions:
Gate Admission Tickets

Adults and Children over 10:

Weekday Admission Ticket $8
(valid Tuesday – Friday, prior to 4:00 pm)

General Admission Ticket $15
(valid anytime, including evenings after 4:00 pm and weekends)

Seniors (60 and over):
$3 at all times

Children (10 and under):
$3 at all times

Infants (2 and under):
FREE

$15 after 4:00 PM even on weekdays?

That's not good.

The children's prices used to be 12 and under.

An 11-year-old kid going with the family has to pay an adult admission. That's not good.

The re-entry policy isn't as loose as it used to be either.

Re-entry Policy

Wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival are available at all gate areas from Noon until 6:30 pm daily. Re-entry wristbands will be valid for a single, same day re-entry until 7:00 pm. No re-entry wristbands will be issued after 6:30 pm and there are no re-entries after 7:00 pm.

Remember back when re-entry with a hand stamp was unlimited?

Good times.
