John Fund and John Batchelor: Wisconsin Recalls

John Batchelor and John Fund of the Wall Street Journal examine the Wisconsin recall elections.

It's a good discussion of the significance of the face-off between unions and taxpayers and the power struggle for reform.

JOHN FUND: Do unions still have the clout to punish those who dare to go against them, challenge public employee unions and all of their privileges, or has the Tea Party now become a counter force that can block and tackle the unions?

The unions are the big losers in Wisconsin's recalls.
