Rudy Giuliani and Jimmy Fallon

Rudy Giuliani was a guest on Monday's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

They talked about Rudy's stint as host of AMC's Mob Week. They talked about Rudy's past: prosecuting the Mafia, going undercover, buying crack. They talked about 9/11 and its 10th anniversary. And they talked about the possibility of a presidential run for Rudy in 2012.

JIMMY FALLON: Speaking of President Obama, there's rumors going around that you might maybe consider running for president.

RUDY GIULIANI: Are you making an offer?

FALLON: Well, if you want to, you can do it on our show tonight.

GIULIANI: An offer I can't refuse.

FALLON: Yeah, exactly. I mean, well, people are saying there was a Harris poll that came out and said that if you went right now and ran against President Obama now, you would win.

GIULIANI: Yeah, so would anybody else.

FALLON: Good point, good point.

GIULIANI: Here we are with the market, the market's going down. The president goes on television, the market goes down more.

FALLON: Yeah, it's just been rough.

GIULIANI: He doesn't have a clue about the economy.

I like Rudy.
