Obama and the Intercontinental Railroad

Oops! Obama did it again! Another screw-up!

I want to ride on this INTERCONTINENTAL RAILROAD Obama is touting.

I suppose it makes stops in all 57 states. Cool!

Here's video of the brilliant Obama declare that we, Americans, built the INTERCONTINENTAL RAILROAD:

Transcript

OBAMA: Now, we used to have the best infrastructure in the world here in America. We're the country that built the Intercontinental Railroad, the Interstate Highway System. We built the Hoover Dam. We built the Grand Central Station. So how can we now sit back and let China build the best railroads? And let Europe build the best highways? And have Singapore build a nicer airport? At a time when we got millions of unemployed construction workers out there just ready to get on the job.

By the way, didn't the Chinese play a significant part in building our TRANSCONTINENTAL RAILROAD that closed the American frontier?

Yes, they did. Kind of awkward.

As far as I know, China hasn't built an INTERCONTINENTAL RAILROAD. Clearly, we're superior.
