Obama Flip-Flop: Better Off?

Obama needs to get his story straight.

About a month ago, Obama admitted that Americans are not better off than we were four years ago.

Here's video:

Obama is very clear. We're not better off. That's accurate.

Now, he's changed his tune.

Guess what?

Turns out we are better off! Yippee!

Video, from Breitbart:

Obama is playing with words.

REPORTER: One of the questions that I asked the president was if he felt that we were better off today than we were four years ago.

OBAMA: Well, you know, I think that we are better off now than we would have been if I hadn't taken all the steps that we took.

Technically, he didn't answer.

He said that we're in better shape than we would have been without him.

Of course, that's not true.

Nonetheless, Obama didn't actually say we're better off than we were four years ago.

He wasn't being straightforward at all. He tried to avoid admitting the truth while making it sound like we are better off. In effect, he was saying we should be grateful for his leadership.

The reality is we're not better off than we were four years ago. We should hold him accountable for the mess, not thank him.

Obama can say whatever he wants.

Americans know the truth.

Change, change, change.
