Occupy Portland Mom: Daughter on Train Tracks

This woman, "Lotus," is a terrible mother.

As an Occupy Portland protester, she placed her 4-year-old daughter on train tracks as part of the effort to shut down the Port of Portland.

Video.

How could she?

Lotus explains that her little girl wasn't in danger.

She says, "The thing is, I have faith in humanity. I don't think that any person driving a train is going to plow through a bunch of peaceful people with children."

She's not fit to care for a child if she thinks that a freight train can stop on a dime.

"Faith in humanity" has nothing to do with it.

Lotus, a Person of the Year according to TIME, put her child at risk.

Inexcusable.
