Obama 'Doesn't Know What He's Talking About'

OBAMA NOW: Anyone who tells you otherwise, anyone who tells you that America is in decline or that our influence has waned, doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

OBAMA THEN: In America, there is a failure to appreciate Europe's leading role in the world.

Instead of celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times where America has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive.

When "global citizen" Obama was trotting around the world on his apology tour in 2009 and bowing before foreign leaders, he apparently didn't know what he was talking about.
