Unfortunately for GSA Administrator Jeff Neely, what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.

Is Neely a two-fisted drinker, or is he expecting company in the tub?

He doesn't seem to be working too hard for the taxpayers.

In terms of full disclosure, I admit there is a photo of me in a bathtub.

I was a baby! There were no wine glasses around. I wasn't wearing a gold chain. No tax dollars were being abused.

This culture of corruption doesn't look good.
