Scott Walker Signs Burned

Since shortly after Scott Walker was inaugurated Wisconsin's governor, we've seen example after example of bullying and thuggery by the Leftists directed at Walker and his supporters.

They have been relentless in waging their civil war.

From FOX6 News:

For the second straight day, police took calls Tuesday, May 15th from people reporting their “Scott Walker” yard signs had been burned. It happened overnight in Oak Creek, after happening early Sunday, May 13th in Fox Point.

Jerry Wille stands with Gov. Scott Walker, and is not afraid to show it. His yard sign, along with at least three others were snatched overnight and burned in the middle of the street. Other neighbors wonder whether the culprits are political enemies, or just young people looking to cause trouble.

“It’s kind of irritating that people stoop to this kind of stuff. It’s just a sign, but on the other hand, it’s kind of bullying,” Wille said.

...There is no doubt in Wille’s mind that the burning of these signs was politically motivated. “There a lot of stuff around here you could’ve picked up and burned, but nothing else was touched. Just the three signs,” Wille said.

Adding to Wille’s suspicions are the charred Walker signs found Monday, May 14th in Fox Point.

...As for Wille, he wasted no time replacing his sign, and even got one for his neighbor. “I figure if you don’t replace it, they win, and we’re not going to let them win,” Wille said.

Jerry Wille is right.

The thugs that burned his signs shouldn't be allowed to win.

And on June 5th, Wisconsin voters aren't going to let the Democrat/union bullies win.

Surprisingly, TMJ4 also covered the story.
Someone stole two pro-Walker campaign signs from Jerry Wille's Oak Creek yard overnight Sunday.

"The first thing is you're angry. I mean, it's a pretty stupid thing to do," said Wille to TODAY'S TMJ4. "I don't know that it's a sign of division in the state, it's a sign of poor politics in the state."

His neighbor Neil Miller had one taken too. Miller found the charred remains of all three signs stuck to the road outside their homes.

Both men are disgusted, but say it's unfortunately what Wisconsin has come too.

At least five signs supporting Walker were also torched over the weekend in Fox Point.

...Jerry and Neil feel the sign burning is an attempt to intimidate and both say it won't stop them from supporting their candidate.

"Keep pushing forward. Speak your peace. And hold your ground," said Miller.

Jerry Wille said he also has a Walker bumper sticker, but he won't put it on his car, fearing it would become the next target.

We all know that putting a Walker bumper sticker on your car is a very risky move. You're asking for a Leftist thug to damage it.

They can key cars with Walker bumper stickers. They can burn yard signs. That sort of behavior isn't going to intimidate anyone. I guarantee anyone who has been the victim of anti-Walker bullying and thuggery will be voting for Governor Walker on June 5th, and getting others to do the same.

The vandalism is counterproductive.

The thugs are actually helping to get out the vote for Governor Walker.
