Tom Barrett Victory Speech (Video)

Tom Barrett, coming off his Democrat primary win, gave a bizarre victory speech.

Of course, he's still yapping about Governor Walker's "civil war."

If there is a civil war in Wisconsin, the Leftists started it when they decided to occupy the capitol and when the 14 Democrat senators fled Madison to hide out in Illinois to avoid doing their jobs. They declared war, defying the will of the people and the results of the November 2010 election.

Barrett's "civil war" theme is so odd. His whining about the war that he and his comrades started is so lame. His calls for healing ring so very hollow.

What I found most striking about Barrett's speech was his delivery. He was yelling. He had a crazed look. He was livid. It made me uncomfortable to watch him.

I got the feeling that for Barrett this race is personal. I got the feeling that Barrett really hates Walker. It's like all the bitterness from his past losses erupted.

The entire speech was an attack on Governor Walker. He kept talking (yelling) about money and Walker's donors.

There was no substance. Barrett said he's going to "fix this state."

One problem: Barrett never said a word about how he was going to do it. Nothing.

There were no ideas, no plans. Nothing but hate for Scott Walker and a vow to end that darn "civil war" plaguing the state.

Barrett's last words: "Let's go get him!"

Sorry, but that's creepy.

The whole thing was creepy.

Here's video of Barrett's speech:

Note to Tom: Yelling won't make your litany of failures in Milwaukee go away. You have a record as mayor, and it's horrendous.

Remember, Leftists, the Democrat unity rally is cancelled.

Listen to John "Sly" Sylvester talk to Democrat party chair Mike Tate about the sudden change of plans.

Tom Barrett didn't want it to happen. He didn't want to be seen getting cozy with the union bosses and the minions. Barrett didn't want to deal with the thuggish signs and the other thug stuff.

Union Leftists are not happy that Barrett has snubbed them.

"Civil wars" are messy things, aren't they?
