Ben LaBolt: Obama Disagrees with Supreme Court

So Ben LaBolt, Obama spokesman, said that Obama disagrees with John Roberts' assertion that the ObamaCare individual mandate is a tax.

LaBolt said that Obama does not believe it is a tax.

Well, that's kind of bad because the ruling falls apart if it's not a tax.

Bottom line: If Obama accepts the ruling, he must accept that he has put in a place a tax that will affect poor and middle class Americans.

It's a tax, stupid.

Ben LaBolt: Obama Disagrees with Supreme Court
