David Chalian (Twitter profile photo)
Another victim of the Obama administration--
David Chalian, Yahoo News Washington bureau chief, has lost his job.
Chalian went too far in his support of Obama and his trashing of the Republicans.
Here's audio:
It's kind of hard to catch what Chalian said, but he was commenting on Mitt and Ann Romney at the convention while Hurricane Isaac was bearing down on New Orleans.
DAVID CHALIAN: They're not concerned at all. They are happy to have a party with black people drowning.
How sick!
Alas, Chalian has paid dearly for his horrible remarks.
From Politico:
Yahoo News has fired Washington bureau chief David Chalian after he was caught on a hot-mic during an online video broadcast today saying that Mitt Romney and his wife, Ann, had no problem with African Americans suffering as a result of Hurricane Isaac, a source familiar with the situation tells POLITICO.
...Yahoo News confirms:
"David Chalian's statement was inappropriate and does not represent the views of Yahoo!. He has been terminated effective immediately. We have already reached out to the Romney campaign, and we apologize to Mitt Romney, his staff, their supporters and anyone who was offended."
Don't cry for the underemployed, racist Chalian.
I'm sure he'll land on his feet.
There's a place waiting for him at NBC/MSNBC.

I wonder what it feels like to lose your job because you said on the air what everyone else says at the Beltway cocktail parties.
I wonder what it feels like to slowly realize you will always be remembered for this incident...and nothing else.
The Internet and alternative media are great because with ligthning speed Leftist Chalian was exposed.
Obama's call for civil discourse after the Tucson shootings and the Left's holier-than-thou stance at the time has also been exposed definitively as utter BS.
In Wisconsin, we saw the Left's ugliness and thuggery during the Walker recall, and we rejected it.
The liberals exist in a bubble of their own hate and overall cluelessness. Their days of unaccountability are over.
