Was Joe Biden debating under the influence?
Watch Biden laugh his way through last night's vice presidential debate: The Biden Debate Laugh Track.
Obama thought Laughing Joe Biden was "terrific."
From Reuters:
Obama, who watched the debate on Air Force One while returning from a campaign trip, jogged out to meet reporters after landing and praised his No. 2.Really? REALLY???
"I thought Joe Biden did terrific tonight. I could not be prouder of him. He made a very strong case," Obama said.
Obama has incredibly bad judgment if he thinks Laughing Joe was terrific.
He's actually proud of Biden?
Good grief.
Biden was positively loony. He was heckling Ryan. He was so rude, completely lacking civility. He was truly out of control. Even when there wasn't a split screen, Biden could be heard chuckling.
Frankly, I question Biden's stability, laughing about serious issues.
Paul Ryan, the young man, displayed the gravitas.
I do think it's a mistake to pay too much attention to Biden's weirdness. It's hard not to because it was so stunning.
We do need to examine the substance as well.
Right out of the gate, Biden lied about Benghazi. Does that make Obama proud?
I suppose it does, but we're not laughing.

He lost it during an interview on Good Morning America in October 2008.

"Was Joe Biden debating under the influence?"
No. He's reportedly a tea totaller.
So, that was the real Joe, not impaired. OK.
Hey, Jim, what do you think about Obama and his administration's lies about Benghazi?
Do you approve of the cover-up?
Are you willing to regurgitate the White House talking points to protect your guy, Obama?
If you don't think there was an orchestrated cover-up, are you comfortable with the Obama administration's incompetence?
If you buy that Obama and Biden didn't know the truth, are you concerned that they were kept out of the loop?
What would be worse, utter incompetence or bald-faced lie? I'm not really sure.
I've seen no evidence of cover up or lies. I said early on it would take time for an accurate accounting to emerge.
WHAT?
You're blind.
