Suspect Down

It appears that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been found.

Suspect is down.

According to WCVB, a body has been found on a boat in Watertown.

FOX News is reporting Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is down on the street and "incapacitated."

FOX News reports the suspect is alive and moving and surrounded, but not apprehended.

Tsarnaev is not going to get away. He's as good as captured.

That's a relief for the people in Boston. However, can we be certain that the death of Suspect 1 and the apprehension or death of Suspect 2 means the threat is over? Did the Brothers Tsarnaev have accomplices?

Authorities obviously could kill Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. They want to take him alive.

Suspect Down
