Kate and Wills Have Baby Boy

OH, MY GOD! IT'S A BOY! THIS IS THE HAPPIEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!

KATE Middleton and Prince William welcomed their baby BOY into the world, Kensington Palace announced today.

Third in line to the throne, the Prince of Cambridge was delivered at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s hospital in Paddington.

The palace said in a statement: “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 4.24pm. The baby weighs 8lbs 6oz.

The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth."

Prince William issued a brief statement tonight about the birth of his son saying: “We could not be happier.”

The birth of a child is a joyous occasion.

It's nice that Kate Middleton and Prince William are celebrating the birth of their first baby.

Congratulations to them. Wishing them good health and happiness.

I'm glad the wait is over. The media, OUR American media, went a bit nuts. The spectacle was ridiculous. I was absolutely not on royal baby watch.

As an American, I take no special interest in the birth of this baby. We fought a revolution to be free of kings and queens and royalty.

Again, I'm glad mom and baby are doing well, but it's just another celebrity birth.

All the attention it has received is weird.

I am thankful for one thing: This newborn baby won't have a goofy name. No "North West." No "Apple." No "Prince."
