Biden: Impeach Obama

Joe Biden supposedly understands the checks and balances of the branches of our federal government.

Brilliant Biden stated that a president does not have the constitutional authority to bomb a country without congressional approval.

If Obama gives the order to attack Syria without consulting Congress, Biden promises to lead the effort to impeach him.

I don't think old Joe will keep his promise.
