Leno: Obama and Kerry Jokes

JAY LENO: You can tell fall is coming to the east. The leaves are changing faster than the White House position on Syria.

John Kerry has given Syria one week to hand over its chemical weapons. And if they don't, he'll give them another week. So that's kind of where we are right now.

President Obama's foreign policy has taken a beating, especially abroad. They're not as excited about him as they used to be. In fact, people in Kenya are saying, 'We're positive he wasn't born here.'

Last month, 312,000 Americans stopped looking for work. It caused the unemployment rate to fall to 7.3 percent. Today, President Obama called it a step in the right direction and encouraged more Americans to stop looking for work, to bring that down a little bit.
