Gordon Hinkley has passed away.

Legendary 620WTMJ radio hall of fame voice Gordon Hinkley has passed away. He was 88 years old.

"Gordon was a huge part of WTMJ Radio's rich history, hosting the morning show and "Ask Your Neighbor" for over three decades," said Journal Broadcast Group Executive Vice President of Television and Radio Operations Steve Wexler.

"Listeners loved him. Advertisers trusted him. And all of us who knew him learned from him. Gordon was a true professional who helped build WTMJ's legacy. He was inducted into the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame in 1992 and the National Radio Hall of Fame in 1997. "
