So Obama finally got around to addressing his VA scandal. Yes, HIS scandal.
Except when he made his statement, he let Americans know it wasn't HIS scandal. It was a bureaucratic thing, not his fault, certainly not "Ric" Shinseki's fault.
Their intentions are good. Remember, everyone, Obama is the good guy. He would never do anything wrong. "Ric" is a good guy, too.
Obama promises he's going to look into the scandal. He's madder than hell. He's going to hold people accountable.
BULL!
Obama's response is utterly unacceptable.
What the hell has to happen before you Leftists acknowledge that Obama is a miserable president???
Obama didn't take responsibility for any of it.
Even though veterans DIED due to the VA's incompetence and its books were cooked, Obama isn't going to demand Shinseki's resignation.
From Business Insider:
President Barack Obama delivered a statement Wednesday morning on the burgeoning Department of Veterans Affairs scandal in his administration, during which he deplored the allegations surrounding the agency but stood by — for now — his embattled VA Secretary.BULL!!!
"When I hear allegations of misconduct — any misconduct — I will not stand for it," Obama said.
"If these allegations prove to be true, it is dishonorable, it is disgraceful and I will not tolerate it — period."
..."Once we know the facts, I assure you, if there is misconduct, it will be punished," Obama said.BULL!!!
...Obama said he understood the calls for swift action, but he urged the public to "let investigators do their job." Obama said the preliminary results of those reviews are expected next week. More complete reports are due next month. If Obama cared about the treatment of veterans, he wouldn't wait. He would use his damn phone and his damn pen and make this right.
Obama proved this morning that he most definitely will tolerate the dishonorable and the disgraceful. That's the way this guy rolls. Obama is dishonorable and disgraceful. Period.
