White Privilege

"White privilege discount"?

What do I have to do to get my discount? Maybe I'm not white enough. I don't know.

I've seen carpool lanes on freeways. Where are the white privilege lanes? I haven't seen those.

White privilege didn't keep Obama out of Harvard, or out of the U.S. Senate, or out of the White House, but we're told it permeates our society.

Don't think that ability and effort and hard work and determination are factors that impact one's lot in life. It's really about one's complexion.

White privilege is out there. Don't forget that.

If you have white skin, you get everything handed to you, right?

That hasn't been my experience. I guess I'm not trying hard enough to get my white privilege benefits.

White Privilege
