FYI there is currently no federal law banning workplace discrimination against LGBT employees. The Employment Non-Discrimination Act has been staled in congress for years. The only protections that LGBT workers have on the federal level come from executive orders and court decisions.

There's no federal law banning workplace discrimination against blonde employees, but that doesn't mean it's legal to discriminate against someone like me.
My point: LGBT employees are already protected from workplace discrimination under current laws.
