'Torture' Report - Partisan

The hyped report of the CIA's interrogation methods after the country was attacked on September 11, 2001, is getting lots of media attention by the Leftists.

What the mainstream media are not telling the public is that the release of the report is a partisan exercise.

The big story yesterday was the "Torture hearing."

Everybody's talking about torture.

I certainly don't want anyone to be tortured, but I also didn't want Islamists to hijack civilian airliners and fly them into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. I didn't want thousands of innocents, including hundreds of firefighters and police officers, to die.

War is not nice. But when attacked, it's necessary for us to defend ourselves.

Acting in self-defense is not wrong.

The Islamists were and are bent on killing us, but we're not going to do something like deprive enemy combatants of sleep.

The Islamsists BEHEAD journalists, but we're not going to make them listen to loud music.

Good grief.
