Tony Robinson: NO CHARGES

Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne on Tuesday, May 12th announced NO criminal charges would be filed against Madison Police Officer Matt Kenny in the officer-involved shooting that killed 19-year-old Tony Robinson.
