Jimmy Fallon and Chevy Chase Duet

Chevy Chase is Jimmy Fallon's right hand man—well left hand.

The host wanted to play the piano during his show Wednesday night, but because of a hand injury that was made impossible, without the help of a friend.

Chase arrived on stage just in time to lend him a hand but he too had an injury.

"I was wacking off to old episodes of Mary Tyler Moore," the actor told Fallon when he asked what happened to his arm.

Since the "Community" actor's left hand was injured and Fallon's right, the pair joined forces to play "heart and soul" on the piano.

Good grief.

Fallon's left hand is injured, not his right.

Chase's right arm was in a sling, not his left.
