Ben Carson, West Point, and Fabrications

OH, MY GOD!

Ben Carson is a liar! At least according to Politico and the Leftist parrots and some "Republican" presidential candidates.

Ben Carson’s campaign on Friday admitted, in a response to an inquiry from POLITICO, that a central point in his inspirational personal story was fabricated: his application and acceptance into the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

The academy has occupied a central place in Carson’s tale for years. According to a story told in Carson’s book, “Gifted Hands,” the then-17 year old was introduced in 1969 to Gen. William Westmoreland, who had just ended his command of U.S. forces in Vietnam, and the two dined together. That meeting, according to Carson’s telling, was followed by a “full scholarship” to the military academy.

West Point, however, has no record of Carson applying, much less being extended admission.
Ben Carson's campaign has responded:
“The campaign never ‘admitted to anything,'” a spokesman for Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson told The Daily Caller News Foundation in response to a hit by Politico claiming his campaign admitted to “fabricating” a key point about his West Point story.

“The Politico story is an outright Lie,” Doug Watts told The DCNF.

The Carson campaign disputes Politico’s unsubstantiated claim he ever claimed to have applied to West Point or been admitted: “He never said he was admitted or even applied.”

Why is Ben Carson being attacked while Obama's "stories" are embraced?

Remember the passage in Obama's book, Dreams from My Father, with the racist "composite girlfriend"?

Politico rallied to Obama's defense in 2012.

I am so sick of the way conservative African Americans are treated by the Leftist media.

We're all supposed to pretend that Bill Clinton isn't a low-life liar. We're all supposed to respect liar Hillary, his wife with presidential ambitions. Nothing to see there. No, nothing at all. After all, what difference at this point does it make?

But Ben Carson?

Oh, my God. He's toast.

Establishment Republicans and "Republican" outsiders like Trump are probably thrilled with the Carson kerfuffle, too. Never let a personal destruction campaign go to waste.

The Ben Carson West Point thing is another media hit job. Words are twisted to advance an agenda, whether it's to give a Leftist or an alleged Republican an advantage.

I can't stand this. I really can't stand this incessant "Borking" of Republican candidates.

I support Ben Carson.

Right on.

Hillary Clinton lies under oath about the lies she told as Secretary of State about the Benghazi attack wherein four Americans lost their lives, and not a word is reported by the mainstream media.

Ben Carson's memory fails him with regard to an insignificant incident that occurred in his youth, and the media, mainstream and otherwise, treats the "story" as Page 1 news all over the country.

Politics is savage; the media is evil.
