Brown Deer: 'ISIS Is Good, ISIS Is Great'

This story is supposedly making people laugh.

I think it's more creepy than funny.

From FOX6 News:

A small police incident in Brown Deer this past weekend is now getting attention worldwide. Brown Deer Police Chief Michael Kass says this story is entertaining, and might make folks laugh, but he says he doesn't want to discourage others from speaking up.

The short summary in the weekend blotter indicates an 82-year-old woman called police because she thought she heard someone chanting "ISIS is good, ISIS is great" while having sex in her apartment complex.

It seems like Brown Deer keeps getting stranger every day.
