Kurt Russell, the 2nd Amendment, and The View

The women on The View were so respectful of Kurt Russell's opinion regarding 2nd Amendment rights.

They routinely trash people espousing similar views, but I guess Russell is considered a good guy, an insider, so he is allowed to speak about the danger of the people becoming powerless against an all-powerful government.

Russell is saying it was important for the people in the South to have had arms to fight the Civil War. I'm surprised The View women didn't challenge him on that.

Even though I get that Russell is accepted by entertainment Leftists, it's still strange for the women to sit back and permit him to express his support for the 2nd Amendment.
