Of course, some celebrity deaths are more difficult than others to accept, depending on the person's age and cultural prominence. And there's the intangible stuff, like personal likability. The death of Carrie Fisher is a tough one for me, like too many other celebrity deaths in 2016.
I hoped that somehow she would recover, but the initial news about her being unresponsive for so long did not sound good.
